What we do
Prepaid A–Z termination on 19,172 published prefix routes across 259 destinations, wholesale routes for ITSPs and resellers, and VOS3000 deployment and management.
CloudyVoice sells prepaid international SIP termination, wholesale VoIP routes and VOS server deployment — and publishes a free, ungated library of guides for people building call centres from scratch.

We sell connectivity and infrastructure. We do not sell courses, leads, campaigns or call-centre processes, and we take no commission from anyone mentioned in our guides.
People who learn to run a call centre properly tend to need termination. The knowledge base has no paywall, no email gate and no registration.
Guides are written in-house by operators who have built and run outbound and inbound campaigns, reviewed against vendor documentation, and dated on every update. Where a figure is an estimate or a market average, it is labelled as one.
Accounts are subject to KYC and traffic review before outbound routes are enabled. Review confirms your destinations, expected volume and lawful use case — non-compliant traffic gets prefixes blocked at carrier level, which degrades service for every customer sharing them.
We do not carry traffic that is fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful in either the originating or destination jurisdiction. That includes caller ID spoofing intended to mislead, calls to numbers that have opted out, and campaigns impersonating government bodies, banks, delivery services or technical support. Full detail is in the acceptable use policy.
We do not publish testimonials we did not receive, and we do not claim to be the cheapest provider in any market. Where a figure in our guides is a market estimate rather than a quote, it is labelled as one.
Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 UTC. We aim to respond within one business day. For anything commercial, send an enquiry with your destinations and expected volume.
Ask about destinations, capacity, caller ID behaviour or server scope. We would rather answer honestly up front than sign you onto a route that will not carry your traffic.
